Add a useful photo

When adding a medication, use its photo alongside a clear name and the schedule provided by your clinician or pharmacist. A picture can help you recognize an entry in your list, but always check the packaging and instructions before taking a medication.

Record your own observations

MedEphant includes notes about how you feel alongside your medication record. Describe your observations in your own words and include when they occurred. Recording a symptom does not establish its cause or identify a medication interaction.

Bring the record to a conversation

Review your notes and intake history when discussing your routine with a healthcare professional. Keep prescribed instructions as the source for dose and timing; app entries are an organizational aid. Do not change a medication plan based only on an app note.

A reminder app supports organization. It does not prescribe treatment, determine doses, or replace advice from your pharmacist or clinician.
